Each fondue is served with soft-baked garlic croutons and salad.

You’ve heard about fondue and you think cheese is all to it... Bourguignonne fondue, as in from Burgundy, is a meat fondue where you dip pieces of meat in a cauldron of hot oil. Here at Taureau we have an amazing selection of oils to dip in! Pair the oil/broth of your choice with filet mignon, hanger steak, pork tenderloin or chicken and enjoy with our home made dipping sauces!

Decadence, decadence... Fresh fruits, cakes and marshmallow to dip in a hot chocolate cauldron. Yes, it’s the craziest, “gourmandesque” dessert you'd ever encounter! Dark or milk chocolate, sinfully delicious!

    Pepper Jack, red wine, sharp Cheddar; delicious and spicy

    Smoked Gouda with beer and Cheddar/Monterey
  • Périgord
    The Soprano, but with truffle mushroom and truffle oil! Heaven! Black truffles dress this fondue beautifully
  • Pyrénées
    Mixed Swiss based with white wine, garlic and nutmeg... My first one, introduced in Paris in 1986
