Taureau is the group's fondue house, designed around shared pots, long tables, and the ceremony of cooking together.
Three styles anchor the menu: cheese fondues built on a French technique applied to American cheeses; Burgundian fondues where guests cook their own meat in hot oil or broth at the table; and a chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and marshmallow for dessert.
The experience is warm, direct, and communal: cheese, broth, chocolate, wine, and the particular energy of a SoHo room built for groups.
